Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 portion of tarte flambée dough
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 3 stalk(s) asparagus, cut into thin strips with a vegetable peeler
- 1 m.-sized potato(s), sliced into very thin slices using a mandolin
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 half leek(s), cut into rings
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Spread the dough with hollandaise sauce. Then top with the asparagus, potato slices, leeks, and radishes. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
