  • 1 portion of tarte flambée dough
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 3 stalk(s) asparagus, cut into thin strips with a vegetable peeler
  • 1 m.-sized potato(s), sliced ​​into very thin slices using a mandolin
