Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g leaf spinach, frozen or fresh
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 50 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 50 g onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Defrost the spinach and then cook for 3 minutes. Drain any excess liquid. In a bowl, combine the eggs, cheese, chopped bell pepper, onion, spinach, and seasoning. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
