Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 3 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tsp garlic oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

like in Café del Sol – totally simple

Pour 250 ml of hollandaise sauce into a bowl. Add sambal oelek to taste, about 3-4 teaspoons. If desired, add a teaspoon of garlic oil. Finally, stir well and you’re done. If you like, you can heat the whole thing in a saucepan.
