Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g protein powder (chocolate or vanilla flavor)
- 15 g baking cocoa
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 2 ½ ml liquid sweetener
- 30 g ground almonds
- 4 tbsp espresso
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 5 ml liquid sweetener
- 30 g baking cocoa
Instructions

Mix the egg white powder with the eggs, milk, 2.5 ml of sweetener, and 15 g of cocoa powder to form a dough. Bake this dough in a small baking dish at 170°C for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Mix the almonds with the cooled espresso, low-fat quark, and 5 ml of sweetener. Place the 30 g of cocoa powder in a deep plate. Crumble the cooled base, add it to the quark, espresso, and almond mixture, and mix well. Form small balls and roll them in the cocoa powder provided. Chill the chocolates for at least 2 hours and then enjoy – guilt-free. If necessary, simply halve or double the recipe. I made 24 balls.
