Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of biscuits (butter biscuits, approx. 400-500g)
  • 1 bottle of rum flavoring
  • 5 tbsp rum
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 175 ml water
  • 1 pack of chocolate sprinkles
  • 125 g coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Kaufi’s style

Crush or grind the butter biscuits. Add water, rum, and rum flavoring. Mix thoroughly and let stand for a while. It should form a relatively firm paste. Melt the coconut oil and let it cool slightly. Mix the sugar, cocoa, and coconut oil into the mixture. Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in the chocolate sprinkles. Done! If the mixture is too soft to form into balls, chill for a while.
