Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 ½ liters buttermilk
- 200 g pasta (spiral)
- 1 pack of sauce powder, vanilla
- 3 tbsp milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the buttermilk and pasta until the pasta is tender. Meanwhile, combine the custard powder with the milk and mix the sugar with the egg. Once the pasta is tender, remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the custard powder mixture. Bring to a boil for 30 seconds, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and add the egg and sugar mixture. Finally, bring to a boil for another 30 seconds.
