Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta, narrow or half-wide
- 30 g poppy seeds, freshly ground
- 30 g sugar
- breadcrumbs
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Mix the poppy seeds and sugar. Toast the breadcrumbs in butter. Mix the pasta with the poppy seeds and sugar and melt it with the breadcrumbs. Tastes delicious.
