Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk or soy drink or lactose-free milk
  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar or vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Take a little of the cold milk and mix it with the custard powder in a bowl until smooth. Add the pasta to a saucepan with the remaining milk and sugar and heat, stirring constantly, until the pasta is al dente. Then stir in the custard powder and let it thicken for a few minutes. If desired, you can also add cinnamon or vanilla.
