Porridge with banana, honey and cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g oat flakes, fine
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana, slice it, and place it in a deep plate. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan with a pinch of salt. Once boiling, reduce the heat (2/3 of the maximum temperature) and add the oats. Simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring with a spoon. Add the oats to the plate. Add honey and stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir again.
