Yogurt ice cream for the ice cream maker

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 125 g cream cheese, 40%
  • 100 g cream
  • 70 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very refreshing

Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender, then transfer to the ice cream maker for 40-50 minutes, and then enjoy. Please note: yogurt ice cream tends to be soft and not as firm as other ice creams with eggs, etc.
