Mango-Avocado Salad with Dates

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 2 handfuls of cocktail tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 handful of dates
  • 200 ml Lassi (Mango Lassi)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Halve the tomatoes and peel the cucumber if desired, then slice and quarter it. Dice the mango and avocado and add them as well. Quarter the dates and toss everything together with salad servers. Just before serving, drizzle with the mango lassi as a dressing.
