Spicy mango salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 mango(s) (firm flesh, not quite ripe)
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 Pepper, red, fresh hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the mangoes, slice them thinly, and arrange them fan-shaped on plates. Dice the peppers and bell peppers and sprinkle them over the mangoes. Mix the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, walnut oil, and salt to make a marinade and drizzle it over the mangoes.
