Porridge with caramelized apples

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 50 ml water
  • 20 g oat flakes, fine
  • 25 g amaranth
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 15 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 10 g almond(s)
  • 1 tbsp margarine, e.g. B. Alsan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the apple. Heat Alsan in a saucepan. Add the apple, cinnamon, almonds, and coconut blossom sugar. Sauté everything together for 5 minutes, stirring. In another saucepan, bring the soy milk, water, oats, and amaranth to a boil with a pinch of salt, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let it swell.
