Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large apples
  • 4 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 tbsp golden linseed or flaxseed
  • ½ tsp pistachios or almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Core the apples and cut into pieces. Microwave for 3 minutes. Puree with the bran, then fill into bowls. Sprinkle with flaxseed and pistachios. If you just want a small breakfast, one serving is enough; otherwise, double the amount.
