- 1 tbsp golden linseed or flaxseed
- ½ tsp pistachios or almonds, chopped

Core the apples and cut into pieces. Microwave for 3 minutes. Puree with the bran, then fill into bowls. Sprinkle with flaxseed and pistachios. If you just want a small breakfast, one serving is enough; otherwise, double the amount.
