- 3 kiwis
- 1 pear(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 200 g gelling sugar (2:1)
- ½ lemon(s)

Peel the kiwi and pear, cut into pieces, puree, mix with the preserving sugar, and let it juice. Peel the banana, slice it, add it, and cook uncovered for about 6 minutes at 600 watts. Stir once or twice halfway through the cooking time. Pour the slightly cooled jam into small screw-top jars. Seal tightly. Bring water to a boil in a wide saucepan and simmer the jars in the boiling water for about 15 minutes. Let it cool – and you’re done! Tip: Please use microwave-safe dishes.
