Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 200 g mascarpone
- 1 tbsp, heaped baking cocoa, 30 g
- 10 ml liquid sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute
Pour everything into a blender and run for 30 seconds until the cream is stiff. That’s it. If desired, you can also add some nuts. Serves 4. Total: 1630 kcal, 160 g fat, 21 g protein, 14 g carbohydrates.
