Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa (100% cocoa)
- some mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
You’ll need two bowls. Pour the low-fat quark into one bowl and stir in some sparkling mineral water. It’s best to do this with a fork until the quark is creamy. In the other bowl, mash or puree the ripe banana. Then stir the banana puree and cocoa powder into the quark.
