Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g wheat flour or wholemeal flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
  • 1 cube of stock
  • 1 liter of water
  • some oil or margarine
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, combine the first five ingredients for the batter. Next, melt some oil or margarine in a pan and cook a pancake. While the pancake is cooking, dissolve the stock cube in 1 liter of water. Once the pancake is golden brown on both sides, cut it into thin slices and add it to the stock. Serve with some chives sprinkled over it.
