Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 1 chili pepper(s), possibly dried
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- some vinegar
- little oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
as I learned it in South America
Dice the tomatoes. Finely slice the spring onions. Wash and finely slice the coriander leaves. Finely slice the chili peppers (or grind them if dried). Mix with a little vinegar, lemon juice, and a dash of oil. Delicious with pan-fried and especially grilled meat.
