Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 7 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with tortilla chips and grilled food

Mash the avocado flesh with a fork or chop it with a whisk. Add the lemon juice immediately, otherwise the guacamole will turn brown. Finely chop the onion and garlic and stir into the mixture. Then add the oil, salt, and pepper, and finally the chopped parsley.
