Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries, frozen
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

perfect summer enjoyment

Simply put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. This takes a while. Either eat the ice cream right away or freeze it. Once frozen, remove it from the freezer about an hour before serving to ensure it’s nice and creamy.
