Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g peanuts, roasted, salted
  • 20 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes much better than the store-bought

Chop the peanuts with salt in a food processor, adding enough oil (about 20 ml) to form a creamy mixture. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 10 days.
