Spread the love

  • 130 g peanuts, fresh
  • 1 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
  • Salt
  • 5 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peanut butter

Crack fresh peanuts and remove the brown skins. Lightly roast 130g of peanuts in a non-stick pan over medium heat until they begin to smell. Then place the nuts in a blender and, while blending, add just enough peanut oil until the peanut butter becomes smooth. If you want to use the peanut butter in baking, add just a little salt and a pinch of sugar. If using as an accompaniment to grilled food or fondue, omit the sugar and salt the peanut butter to your taste. Fill into jars like jam and store in a cool place.
