Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 2 buffalo mozzarella
- 1 small onion(s), red
- e.g. coriander leaves
- e.g. chili flakes
- e.g. orange juice
- e.g. lemon juice
- e.g. olive oil
- salt and pepper

simple salad that leaves an impression
Peel the mango and cut into approximately 2 cm cubes. Dice the mozzarella in the same way. Halve the onion and finely slice it. Roughly chop the cilantro. Place everything in a bowl and season with the remaining ingredients. Note: For underripe mangoes, the orange juice adds a little sweetness without adding any extra sugar.
