Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g cucumber(s)
- 750 g tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch mint
- 1 onion(s)
- some salt
- ½ lettuce (head lettuce)
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 ½ tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil

Salata Munawa’a
Peel and finely dice the cucumbers. Wash and finely dice the tomatoes. Wash and finely dice the bell peppers. Finely chop the mint and parsley. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash, drain, and finely chop the lettuce. Place the lettuce and vegetables in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon and add it along with the oil and herbs. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
