Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 300 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 apple, sour
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Low carb suitable
Finely dice the cucumber, onion, tomatoes, and apple. Heat the pan and add the oil. Brown the ground beef in it and add the remaining ingredients. Stir continuously until cooked through. This takes about 20 minutes at medium heat. Tip: Prepare green beans in another pan and serve them with the ground beef.
