Walnut sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 walnuts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

e.g. with pasta

Peel and press the garlic. Roughly chop the walnuts. Fry both in hot oil. Add the cream and milk. Bring to a boil, then puree with a hand blender. Season to taste and thicken if necessary.
