Puff pastry pizza with Gorgonzola and sage

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry (refrigerated shelf), approx. 450 – 500 g
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g medium-aged Gouda
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 sage leaves
  • n. B. Pepper, black, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and prick the base several times with a fork. Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes. Coarsely grate the Gouda. Finely dice the garlic. Finely slice the sage. Spread the ingredients evenly over the dough and season generously with black pepper. Bake the pizza on the middle rack of the oven for about 15 minutes, remove from the oven, and serve. Serve with a light red wine.
