Cookies mini mozzarella with tomato beer balsam vinaigrette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mini mozzarella
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar (beer balsam)
  • 1 shallot(s), finely diced
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the mini mozzarella. Finely dice the tomato and mix with the remaining ingredients to make a vinaigrette. Drizzle it over the mozzarella. Garnish with basil. Alternatively, pour the vinaigrette into a shot glass and dip the skewered mini mozzarella into it.
