Minced meat and white cabbage pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 head of white cabbage, approx. 1.2 kg
  • 1 ½ zucchini
  • 300 ml broth
  • 100 ml cooking cream, e.g. Cremefine 7% fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

low carb, easy

Brown the minced meat in a pan with oil. Season the meat with salt and pepper and add the paprika. Peel the onions, dice them, and add them to the minced meat. Continue frying the meat until the onions are translucent. Cut the white cabbage into strips, wash it, and add it to the pan. Stir and fry the cabbage for about 3 minutes. Then deglaze the pan with the stock and cream and simmer the dish with the lid on for 10 minutes. Wash the zucchini, dice it, and add it to the pan. Let the minced meat and white cabbage pan simmer for another 10 minutes.
