Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 packs of shepherd’s cheese, approx. 175 g each
- ½ jar tomatoes, dried in oil
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 shot of Tabasco
- 1 handful of tomatoes (tomato dwarfs), halved, for decoration

quick and tasty
Drain the sea salt brine from the cheese package and place the cheese in a mixing bowl. Blend the sun-dried tomatoes with the oil and add to the feta cheese. Season the dip with lemon juice and Tabasco and blend with a hand mixer until creamy. Garnish with halved tomatoes and serve.
