Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 large head of broccoli
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g almonds or hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • some mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 22 minutes

First, divide the broccoli into florets, then peel and dice the onion. Then, toast the chopped almonds or hazelnuts in a hot pan without oil until lightly browned. Stir carefully and frequently, as the nuts brown quickly. Mix all ingredients together and let the salad sit for about 6 hours.
