Crostini with Brie, pear and walnut

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 slices of ciabatta
  • 100 g Brie(s)
  • ½ pear(s)
  • 10 walnut halves
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • possibly pepper, mixed, freshly ground, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toast the bread slices under the broiler (or use a toaster for smaller batches) until crisp and browned. Meanwhile, roughly break up the walnuts and toast them in a dry pan until fragrant. Slice the Brie and pear. Top the bread slices with Brie, arrange the pear slices and walnuts on top, and drizzle with honey. Optionally, sprinkle with some freshly ground mixed pepper.
