Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- some butter
- Parmesan
- 4 figs, fresh
- some pepper, freshly ground black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Refined and simple
Toast the bread and spread with butter. Cut medium-aged to young Parmesan cheese into 0.5 cm thick slices and place them on the bread, covering them completely. Cut the figs into 0.5 cm thick slices and place them on top of the cheese, covering it completely. Grind the pepper thickly over the bread until it is blackened. Cut each slice into quarters.
