Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 40 g rice, grind (brown rice)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g maple syrup

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Place lemon zest, juice, and meat into a liter measure and fill with up to 500 g of water. Stir in ground brown rice, salt, and maple syrup, and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour onto a deep plate rinsed with cold water. Let cool. My own recipe.
