Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cooked, firm to the bite
- 1 tube(s) mayonnaise, small
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 pinch(s) of curry
- chives
- 125 g cheese (Chester cheese)
- 1 small jar of mixed pickles
- some tomatoes, small
- 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Drizzle the cauliflower with a few drops of vinegar. Mix mayonnaise with curry and a little condensed milk and pour over the cauliflower. Garnish with finely chopped chives. Cut the Cheshire cheese into 1 cm cubes and mix the cheese pieces with the mixed pickles and tomato wedges. Roll the cooked ham into rolls and arrange everything around the cauliflower. Serve with buttered toast.
