Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g almonds
- 2 ½ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 ½ tbsp water
- 25 g sunflower oil
- 20 g baking cocoa
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 5 days; Total time approx. 5 days 30 minutes
First, make the roasted almonds. To do this, place the brown sugar, water, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe container and set it at 640 watts for 1 minute. Then add the unpeeled almonds to the container and stir everything together. Cook at 640 watts for 2 minutes. Stir everything together again and cook a final time at 640 watts for 2 minutes. Place on baking paper and let cool. Then add the sunflower oil to the blender and add the almonds. Blend until creamy. Then add the cocoa and mix everything thoroughly again. Transfer to a container and store at room temperature. After 5-6 days, the flavor will have fully developed.
