SWK suitable for the diet phase in the metabolic cure

First, preheat the oven to 220°C (fan with grill). Then add a little water to a casserole dish or a deep baking sheet. About 1-2 mm, just enough to cover the entire sheet or baking tray. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the mustard with the tomato paste and lemon juice. The more mustard you use, the spicier the meat will be. Then spread the turkey breast on the baking sheet or in the dish and spread it with the mustard and tomato mixture. Season generously with sea salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and other spices to taste (e.g., gyro and meat and herb mix). Bake everything for about 25-30 minutes (depending on the oven). A large salad goes perfectly with this dish.
