Cut the tomatoes into approximately 8 mm thick slices and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Then I take two small bowls: In the first, I whisk the egg, and in the second, I mix cornstarch and breadcrumbs in a ratio of 1 to 3. First, place the tomato slices in the bowl with the egg, then coat them in the starch and breadcrumb mixture and fry them in a pan with oil until crispy.
