Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 300 g flour (dink flour type 630)
- 50 g amaranth pops
- 150 g oat flakes, mixed with other flakes
- 600 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 3 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Combine the flour, amaranth pops, flakes, and salt in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast and maple syrup in the lukewarm water and add the liquid to the bowl. Knead everything into a smooth dough, adding a little more water or flour if necessary. Let the dough rise for 1 hour. After the dough has risen, form 18 rolls and let them rise for another hour. Bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
