Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 roll(s) of pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
- 150 g leaf spinach
- 100 g feta cheese
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- Pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Makes about 25 snails. Sauté the spinach with the crushed garlic over medium heat. Spread the sour cream on the rolled-out pizza dough. Spread the spinach and garlic mixture evenly over the dough. Crumble the feta evenly over the dough. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the dough up along the long side and then cut into about 25 equal, approximately 1 cm wide pieces. Arrange the snails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
