Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 20 slices of bacon
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, wash the chicken breast, pat it dry with some kitchen paper, and lightly season it with pepper. Place 5 slices of bacon per chicken breast on the work surface and wrap the chicken breast in them. Heat the oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic cloves and the rosemary sprigs, and fry the chicken breast fillets for about 4 minutes on all sides. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Place the fillets in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes to finish cooking. Serve with a crisp salad or seasonal vegetables.
