Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g millet flakes
- 150 g wheat flour (type 1050)
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g butter
- 20 g flaxseed
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 150 g yogurt
- some butter for the mold
- 180 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Combine both types of flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, add the yeast and honey. Add the yeast, butter, seeds, millet, and yogurt around the edge. Finally, add 180 ml of water. Knead everything into a dough, cover, and let rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Knead the dough again and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise again in a warm place for 15 minutes. Place an ovenproof dish filled with water on the floor of the oven and bake the bread on the bottom rack for about 45 minutes.
