  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 chicken breast fillets, organic

  • 50 g wholemeal pasta
  • possibly rapeseed oil

Instructions

Complementary food from the 6th month

Complementary food from 6 months. Cook the whole-wheat pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, peel the carrots and dice them. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then peel and also cut them into pieces. Cook the carrots and tomatoes with the water in a pot. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces and add to the boiling vegetables. Cook everything together for about another 15 minutes. Then add the pasta to the vegetables and meat in the pot. Before pureeing, skim off some of the liquid and set aside. Depending on the consistency of the puree, add a little more liquid. Puree with a hand blender for about 10 minutes until you have a fine puree, ensuring there are no lumps left. Before serving, I add a tablespoon of organic rapeseed oil per serving.
