Pasta pan with spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (e.g. spiral pasta)
  • 2 turkey fillets, seasoned, frozen
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 cubes of leaf spinach, frozen
  • ½ cup of cream (approx. 100 ml)
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche (approx. 150 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pre-cook the pasta “all dente.” Defrost the turkey fillets, then cut them into thin strips and fry them in a pan. Stir in the pre-cooked pasta, the cup of crème fraîche, and a little cream. Add the thawed spinach. Press the garlic through a garlic press and add it. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, and Fondor.
