Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • Herbs, preferably fresh, quantity and variety according to taste
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crumble the tofu (do not drain) into a bowl. Finely chop the herbs and knead them well with the seeds, soy flour, starch, and breadcrumbs. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Form two patties from the batter and fry them over medium heat until crispy and brown.
