- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 50 g sour cream
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, grated

Kohlrabi, spring onions and sour cream
Peel the kohlrabi, cut into small cubes, and cook in boiling salted water for about 6-8 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into small rolls. After the cooking time, remove the pan from the heat. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, spices, and a little of the vegetable cooking water to make a creamy marinade. Add the kohlrabi and spring onions, stir well, and serve.
