Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mango(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 45 g cheese (30% fat)
  • 50 g berries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 slices of crispbread (wholemeal)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the mango and kiwi. Remove the pit from the mango and dice both fruits. Dice the cheese and mix with the mango and kiwi. Season to taste with the citrus juices and sugar. Distribute the berries on top. Serve with the crispbread. If you want to save even more calories, replace the sugar with liquid sweetener.
