- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp chives
- salt and pepper
- 6 eggs

Boil the eggs hard, but not until they’re blue. Mix all the other ingredients together and season to taste. Chop the eggs into small pieces and add them to the sour cream, then season to taste. It tastes great with baguettes, rolls, or other types of bread.
