Egg salad with chives

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs (10 minutes), rinse, and peel. Then chop them into small cubes using an egg slicer. Chop the chives into small rolls. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, season to taste, and add an extra teaspoon of yogurt depending on whether you want it thicker or thinner. Sprinkle some of the chives on top and refrigerate or serve immediately.
